Children and Youth
“Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” Luke 18:16
There is a special place in the kingdom of God for children and at Ebenezer children have opportunities to learn and grow in their relationship with Jesus and to respond through serving and fellowship.
On Sunday mornings at 10:00 children gather for small group time (during the traditional Sunday School hour). The monthly virtue comes to life from the pages of the bible as the bible lesson is shared and they have a time to discuss how to apply it to their daily life. At 11:00 the children move to J.A.M. (Jesus And Me) where the bible lesson is expanded and life application and challenges are enriched with interactive worship. Sunday evenings from 5:00 – 6:30 King’s Kids for K-5th graders is offered. The goal is to help them understand who they are as an heir to King Jesus and how to navigate through life with a biblical world view. The time is spent in bible study, games and always lots of laughter!

Children and Youth Council:

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.  These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.  Impress them on your children.”  Deuteronomy 6:5-7

This scripture comes to life each month as the children and youth council meets, prays, and plans opportunities to grow and nurture the faith of all God’s children!  There are opportunities for worship, service, study, and fellowship.
